Renagate Sequential Shifters

Renagate Sequential Shifters

Postby RalphGTS » Fri May 23, 2008 2:57 pm

I have a Busch North Car (575hp) with a Jerico 4 Speed set up for road racing. I have limited use of my right hand and foot , and am having trouble with the Hurst Shifter and limited cockpit room. Saw one of these on the internet:

Wondering if anyone has one working?

Thanks

Looking at the info page this can't be used with a Jerico.

The cover page says sequential 4 speed jerico,a jerico and a ford top loader use the same shifter,a jerico is just and aluminum top loader, should be a cool shifter if it works.

Do you have any updates on the installation and/or performance of the shifter?

Thanks,

Randy

Definatly not heavy duty. Rods were about 2/3 the thickness of my hurst. Worked great in the trailer/garage but flexed and failed under race conditions. I ended up finishing the day stuck in 3rd gear. Hurst is back on.
